Chickens

My son, Brady, taught us about chickens and then surprised us with a baby chick!  The students loved it!

Dinosaurs

Katie, BV Naturalist, visited our classroom to teach us about dinosaurs.  The children enjoyed putting pretend dinosaur bones back together as well as seeing how big a dinosaur's foot was compared to theirs.

Dental Health

Mrs. Tiefenthaler, our school nurse, visited our classroom to teach us about taking care of our teeth.  We made a cute craft using marshmallows for teeth.

Nocturnal Animals

Katie, BV Naturalist, visited our classroom to teach us about nocturnal animals.  She brought a great variety of furs for us to see & touch.
